I’m a Senior Principal Researcher at Slack. I study human–computer interaction (HCI) and computer‑supported collaborative work (CSCW) — basically, how people work together, and how technology can help.

Before Slack, I worked at Microsoft and Facebook. My Ph.D. is in computer science from the University of Toronto.
